Gas springs have a wide spectrum of use in various fields – in the automotive industry, in the manufacture of industrial and agricultural equipment, furniture, construction, aeronautics, the production of caravans, car roof boxes, horse trailers, sales stands, pools, sunbeds, printers, loft and manhole hatches, etc.
We will produce gas springs to order for you with a force range from 30 to 2600 N in standard and stainless steel models with various speeds of extension and your choice of end fitting. We can also compare our products with the struts of other manufacturers (Stabilus, Suspa, Vögel etc.).
If you’ve already got a Moliton gas springs and you can’t find it in our e-shop according to the label, then write out its complete number and email it to us at info@moliton.cz. Our automotive gas springs order numbers usually contain a combination of 8 letters and figures, e.g. MS08-1684, while our bespoke struts have a combination of 20 to 25 letters and figures, e.g. MS08-1-6O6O-500-200-515.
We manufacture gas springs of any quantity directly for end customers, retail stores and multinational companies.
Our wide range of gas springs includes standard gas springs, as well as struts with elastic or rigid locking, with position hold and support springs.
We also supply various types of end fittings for our gas springs, ball joints, furniture gas springs, and lifting mechanisms for single and double beds, and columns for swivel office chairs.
It takes approx. 10 working days to produce struts after your order is completed, and delivery within Europe takes 2 to 4 working days depending on the place of delivery. We send our goods nationally using DPD, and internationally using Česká pošta (Czech Post). For orders of 2 struts, postage and packaging comes to 15 to 25 Euro, and for large orders on agreement.
